📍 Off the Western Peninsula of Trinidad

Description

The second largest off-shore island flanked by the Third and Grand Bocas. Historically, it was the base of a leprosarium settlement, a plantation economy, a whaling station and a US naval base. The highlight of tours to the island include a salt water and the ruins of the Leprosarium.
