Additional Notes

Minimum numbers and no-shows: Please note that even in the event of no-shows on the day, you are still required to pay the booked or minimum costs if you having a private tour or catering. Please note that we do ask parents and teachers to supervise indoor activity and encourage outdoor play, since the building is a heritage site (no running indoors) and you do have access to the beautiful and expansive grounds for playtime. Hats, Umbrellas, Close-toed shoes and Long pants are recommended. The short walk to the cocoa house is through grass so this is for your comfort. Payment is via advance bank transfer, cash or cheque only, and we do have chocolates available for sale on the day. We do work via a strict time schedule so we ask groups to try to work with the designated times. Directions can be found here or we are on Waze at Ortinola Great House. Please do not use Google Maps as this is the incorrect location. An e-mail confirmation / confirmation is required for the date to be held. Deposits are normally required for December dates and parties above 8 persons.
