Description
The Sonny Ramadhin Statue at Palmiste Park is significant as a memorial to one of Trinidad and Tobago's most important cricketing figure and to the development of West Indies Cricket. He played a pivotal role alongside Jamaica's Alf Valentine, in the West Indies 'historic victory over England at Lord's 1950. The team's first test victory in England.
